I am Riley Barclay and I left a great life back home in Arizona where I grew up as a gymnast and coached gymnastics. Traveling is one of the things I have always wanted to do and once I got into mountain biking I decided there wouldn’t be a better way than to travel the world by bicycle! So thus worldklunker came about, a blog that describes by ‘klunking’ around the world on a gary fisher single speed. Some travels unfortunately will be without my bike. The journey began in Durban, South Africa on September 10, 2014.

Hope you don’t mind if I temporarily live vicariously through your adventures? I have ALWAYS wanted to do a standing back tuck at the top of Kilamanjaro.
